Under his leadership, the organisation has developed CCCare, a world-first platform uniting clinical records, a national registry, and a patient app to connect real-time clinical and consumer data. This system enables personalised care, supports artificial intelligence research, and drives national benchmarking in Australia.

Bill is also advancing research into Patient Lifetime Value, reframing how health systems measure value across clinical, economic, and social outcomes.
